I am committed to providing quality mental health services in both Jackson WY and Teton Valley ID. My practice is rooted in the most effective therapy practices supported by research. Inclusivity is one of my core tenets and all are welcome in my practice. With several years experience in Jackson and training in Emotionally Focused Therapies, I meet with individuals, couples and families. My focus is on therapeutic safety, attachment based & emotionally focused therapies. I use a collaborative approach to help clients be empowered in their growth & development.
